As part of the CNRS HOPE project, we have developed a long-distance wireless communication system that allows data retrieval from a buoy equipped with measurement instruments. This system is designed to operate over a distance of more than 20 km, ensuring secure data transmission. Once the measurements are taken, thanks to the system developed by Symes, the buoy then sends the measured data to a system installed on land via LoRa communication.
